BOMA Dallas is the professional organization representing the commercial real estate industry and related service providers by establishing the industry standard of excellence through Advocacy, Education, Networking and Community Service

ADVOCACY BOMA Dallas provides information to and from elected and appointed government officials including legislators, council members, and regulatory agencies. Providing information to government officials and agencies facilitates proper legislation, and providing information to members from government officials and agencies facilitates compliance.

EDUCATION BOMA Dallas offers the BOMI designation courses for RPA, FMA and SMA/SMT, which are a sign of achievement in the commercial real estate industry. We also offer seminars on topics that are timely to the commercial real estate industry and allow property professionals to earn continuing education credits toward a real estate license or professional designations.

NETWORKING BOMA Dallas provides opportunities to exchange information with peers and colleagues on-on-one through monthly membership meetings, educational seminars, and the quarterly Young Professionals events—in addition to the yearly networking events, Office Building & Industry Trade Show, and The BOMA Benefit.

COMMUNITY SERVICE BOMA Dallas supports charitable agencies serving disadvantaged youth and families by utilizing the skills and resources of members to improve the facilities of the charitable agencies. This includes donating school supplies, Easter baskets and Christmas gifts to the disadvantaged children and families of the supported charities.
