Membership Options

Thank you for your interest in joining BOMA Dallas!  Three membership types are available: Real Estate Member, Engineer Limited Member and Allied Member. 

Real estate membership is open to those individuals currently employed in the management or administration of commercial real estate. The BOMA Dallas membership is owned by the company or building. Click here for a real estate membership application.

Allied membership is open to those companies that provide services or products to the commercial real estate industry.  There is a $150 nonrefundable application fee to be on the Allied Membership Wait List. The wait is currently one and a half to two years long.

Engineer Limited Membership is designed for those engineers who wish to seek pre-selected benefits from BOMA Dallas at a reduced rate. Those engineers who wish to have full membership benefits in BOMA Dallas should complete the “Real Estate Membership” category.

Type: Organization Record
Description: Real Estate Membership is designated for those individuals, firms or corporations who own, manage, lease or act as a brokerage agent for a commercial, non-residential property of the corporation. The first designated representative is the “Primary” member, who will have access to managing the BOMA Dallas memberships for the company. Companies are also allowed “Additional Representatives,” as long as there is a primary member in good standing. Building engineers who wish to have full BOMA Dallas membership rights may also apply under the Real Estate Membership Category.
