Allied Membership

What is an Allied Member?
 
Allied Membership is available to companies and individuals whose primary duties are to provide related services and/or equipment or goods used in the maintenance or operation of commercial real estate or companies. This category also includes companies or individuals who place such services or equipment in commercial real estate to be used by tenants.

Allied Member Types
Primary Member: The first designated representative is the “Primary” member, who will have access to managing the BOMA Dallas membership for the company.
                Annual Dues: $995
 
Additional Members: Companies are also allowed “Additional Members,” as long as there is a primary member in good standing. Allied members are allowed ONE additional member under their primary member.
                Annual Dues: $625

BOMA Dallas has a 1 ½ to 2 year wait list at this time for allied membership. If you wish to join the wait list, there is a one-time fee of $150. Once you have been invited to become a member you will pay your annual dues.
