Become an exhibitor at the annual BOMA Greater Dallas trade show by following the steps below.  If you need assistance during the application process, please contact Lisa Wallace, Trade Show Manager. 

1. Exhibit Space Contract: Print Exhibit Space Contract & Rules and Regulations

2. View Map & Choose Space: View the live floor map and choose your exhibit space

3. Payment: Due in full at the time your Exhibit Space Contract is submitted 

4. Confirmation: Show management will email confirmation of your booth once purchased

*Converting two single 10 x 10 vertical spaces at the end of two rows into one 10 x 20 space will be priced at the 10 x 20 end cap rate.

**20 x 20 quad island spaces do not allow walls on any side of the space. Carpet is provided. Height restrictions are enforced; review Booth Construction Regulations found within Rules & Regulations section of Exhibit Space Contract.  

Exhibit Space Includes:
  • Carpet 
  • Pipe and Drape - 8' draped back wall and 3' draped side rails within 10 x 10 and 10 x 20 end cap spaces
  • Signage - Company ID Sign - 7" X 44"
  • Limited Number of Comped Exhibitor Badges
  • Online Digital Booth Listing - includes company description, category listings, contact info, and company URL
  • Table & Chairs - 6' skirted table with 2 chairs and 1 trash can per 10 x 10 space
  • Post-Show Attendee Mailing - sent upon request for a one-time use only
Electricity is not included in booth price and must be purchased through GES, onsite electricity provider at Market Hall.

  • 10 x 10 space: 3 Free booth personnel badges
  • 10 x 20 space: 6 Free booth personnel badges
  • 20 x 20 space: 9 Free booth personnel badges
  • Additional booth Personnel Badges Available. *Maximum Additional Badges: 5 @ $60 each
  • After exhibit space purchase, a registration link from Looking Cube Registration will be emailed to the Key Contact on Exhibit Space Contract with information regarding exhibit personnel badges.
