The BOMA International Advocacy Team has released the latest installment of their Policy Brief series, “Electric Vehicles and Charging Stations: Considerations for CRE.”  

  • The BOMA Policy Brief - Summarizes the relevant issues and includes a pros-and-cons list for properties considering charging stations.
  • A Related Spreadsheet - Lists EV legislation and incentives in each state. (These policies are rapidly changing).


BOMA International Codes Efforts
