At the BOMA Greater Dallas Awards Ceremony, we will recognize the winners of the local TOBY Awards, the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in commercial buildings and rewarding excellence in building management. BOMA Greater Dallas also will recognize the winners in the Lone Star Awards, including Senior Property/Portfolio Manager of the Year, Senior Chief/Operations Manager of the Year, Property Manager of the Year, Chief Engineer of the Year, Outstanding Member of the Year, Committee of the Year, and winners in various volunteer categories.

Drink Tickets

Drink tickets will be sold starting at 5pm on the night of the awards outside the Crystal Ball Room. All attendees can attend early to purchase tickets in bulk.

Members wanting to purchase bottles of wine as a gift for entrants may do so and deliver it to the Greenhill Tower office at 14131 Midway Drive, Suite 150, Addison, Texas. Please note the following:

• Each bottle should be labeled with the recipient’s name, company name and your name.
• A $13.50 per bottle convenience fee will be billed on your BOMA account.
• No deliveries accepted after 1/24/23 and there is no way to buy full bottles at the event.
