We’re continuing that legacy by introducing our new, updated office and industrial criteria designed to help you keep your properties on the cutting edge and get the maximum ROI from your program participation.
Once launched, certified member buildings using the BOMA 360 portal will be able to proceed to the TOBY supplemental portion for awards consideration.

- Q1 Applicant Deadline –April 30th – Designees Confirmed May 15 – 31
- Q2 Applicant Deadline – July 31st – Designees Confirmed August 15 – 30
- Q3 Applicant Deadline – Sept. 30th – Designees Confirmed October 15 – 30
- Q4 Applicant Deadline – January 15th – Designees Confirmed February 15 - 28
