The Fast Pass Recruitment Campaign
Once a year, now in the Fall, the Board will open FAST PASS SEASON, and anyone on the Allied Waitlist who completes the requirements first can skip the Waitlist. Only 10 FAST PASSES are available; first come, first served! Allied Waitlist members will receive more information via email.
How Does It Work?
Our membership maintains a 60% Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Professionals to 40% Allied Members ratio. Therefore, to come off the waitlist with this Fast Pass opportunity, you must find two new Real Estate members to join BOMA Greater Dallas. You would cover their membership dues for two years, in addition to your own.
- The first recruited Real Estate member must be either a Real Estate Principal Member or a Real Estate Additional Member.
- The second recruited Real Estate member may be from any of the Real Estate membership types, except Real Estate Student.
BOMA will accept the first ten people to complete the steps below. This is a first-come, first-served opportunity.
What Do You Need?
BOMA Staff must receive the following documents via an email scanned packet (send to info@bomadallas.org). The Allied Waitlist applicant is responsible for ensuring all documents are included, accessible, and complete. For digital documents, ensure there are no file-size or accessibility issues; if needed, you may provide the required documents via a virtual drive (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.).
The required documents are:
- Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Two Letters of Recommendation from a Commercial Real Estate professional attesting to your company’s professionalism (must be CRE from the Dallas metroplex area).
- Must be on company letterhead and signed by the referee

- High-resolution company logo
- Name, Company, Title, Property Management Type, E-mail, Phone Number, Address of both Real Estate members you have recruited.
- Property Type Options: Commercial Office, Industrial, Medical Office, Retail, Mixed-Use
- This step comes after the initial four, but also, payment for your Allied Primary membership plus two years' dues for two Real Estate members (See the Membership Types webpage for current dues rates).
Our dues cycle is annual, and membership expires on December 31st. Once you pay your dues, your membership will cover the rest of the calendar year. Membership is per individual, not per company. However, since this is part of the 15-for-12 Campaign, your dues will cover you for the rest of 2026 and all of 2027!
