Membership Types

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Dallas (BOMA Greater Dallas) has different Membership Types for various industry professionals in and around the Commercial Real Estate industry. Real Estate Principal Member

$1,200 per Year (1st Member of firm)
  • Principal and BOMA voting Member of a firm (can only be one Principal Member per firm).
  • Individuals who own, manage, lease, or act as a brokerage agent for a commercial, retail, medical office building, and/or industrial properties (non-residential).
  • Annual Dues payments can be made by: Check, ACH, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Money Order (contact BOMA Staff for assistance, if needed)

Real Estate Additional Member

$800 per Year (all other Members of firm)
  • Additional BOMA non-voting Members of a firm (Additional RE Professionals from same firm as the Principal Member. Unlimited number of additional professionals permitted).
  • Individuals who own, manage, lease, or act as a brokerage agent for a commercial, retail, medical office building, and/or industrial properties (non-residential).
  • Annual Dues payments can be made by: Check, ACH, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Money Order (contact BOMA Staff for assistance, if needed)

Real Estate Emerging Professional Member

$325 per Year
  • $475 discount per year
    for the first two years!
    (compared to RE Additional Member)
  • Individuals who are new to the Commercial Real Estate industry (first two years in industry only, then must become a Real Estate Primary or Additional Member).
  • Annual Dues payments can be made by: Check, ACH, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Money Order (contact BOMA Staff for assistance, if needed)

Real Estate Engineer Member

$250 per Year
  • Real Estate Engineers who maintain, repair, improve, update, or remodel for a commercial, industrial, and/or medical office building (non-residential).
  • Annual Dues payments can be made by: Check, ACH, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Money Order (contact BOMA Staff for assistance, if needed)

Real Estate Student Member

$25 per Year
  • Individuals who are currently enrolled full-time in a college/technical school and who are interested in the Commercial Real Estate industry.
  • Annual Dues payments can be made by: Check, ACH, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Money Order (contact BOMA Staff for assistance, if needed)

Allied Wait List

$100 per Year
+ Admin Fee (one time)
  • Individuals, firms, or corporations that provide equipment, goods, or services used in the maintenance or operation of Commercial Real Estate or their management companies. Also includes those who place such equipment, goods, or services in spaces to be used by tenants.
  • BOMA Greater Dallas maintains a 60% Real Estate Member to 40% Allied Member ratio. Thus, the Allied Membership is highly coveted. Wait List times can exceed 4 years. Call staff for the current wait time.
  • New Allied Wait List candidates will incur a one-time $300 Administrative Fee.
    First year = $300 + $100 = $400
    Subsequent years = $100.
  • Annual Dues payments can be made by: Check, ACH, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Money Order (contact BOMA Staff for assistance, if needed)

Allied Primary Member

$1,400 per Year
(1st Member of firm)
  • Primary Allied Member of a firm (can only be one Primary Member per firm).
  • Individuals, firms, or corporations that provide equipment, goods, or services used in the maintenance or operation of Commercial Real Estate or their management companies. Also includes those who place such equipment, goods, or services in spaces to be used by tenants.
  • Annual Dues payments can be made by: Check, ACH, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Money Order (contact BOMA Staff for assistance, if needed)

Allied Additional Member

$900 per Year
(2nd Member of firm)
  • Additional Allied Member of a firm (Additional Allied from same firm as the Primary Member. Only one Additional Allied Member permitted per firm).
  • Individuals, firms, or corporations that provide equipment, goods, or services used in the maintenance or operation of Commercial Real Estate or their management companies. Also includes those who place such equipment, goods, or services in spaces to be used by tenants.
  • Annual Dues payments can be made by: Check, ACH, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Money Order (contact BOMA Staff for assistance, if needed)
