TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Judges Needed:
If you have experience with TOBY, we could use your help. Whether you have been a Judge in the past or have submitted a building for the TOBY competition, BOMA could use your experience to Judge this year's applicants to determine which is The Outstanding Building of the Year.
Looking for Judges for both:
• In-person Inspection (on-site) Judges. (May be asked to Judge up to 3 buildings)
and
• TOBY Book (online applications) Judges.
**Must have experience at the International, Southwest Region, or Local level.
General Rules Governing TOBY Awards:
- BOMA 360 is required of all nominations. May be done concurrently with the nominations as long as it is completed and awarded prior to the Southwest Region entry submittal date.
- BOMA Best is highly recommended for all nominations. May be done concurrently with the nominations but is not a requirement.
- All judges must sign the Conflict of Interest form.
- Judges cannot judge their own building or company building.
