The Fast Pass Recruitment Campaign
Once a year, sometime in the month of in April, the Board will open FAST PASS SEASON, and anyone on the Allied Waitlist who completes the requirements first, can skip the Waitlist. There are only 10 FAST PASSES available, first come first serve! Those on the Allied Waitlist will receive more information via email.
How Does It Work?
Our membership maintains a ratio of 60% Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Professionals to 40% Allied Members. Therefore, to come off the waitlist with this Fast Pass opportunity, you must find two new Real Estate members to join BOMA Greater Dallas. You would cover their membership dues for two years, in addition to your own.
- The first recruited Real Estate member must be either a Real Estate Principal Member or Real Estate Additional Member.
- The second recruited Real Estate member may be from any of the Real Estate membership types, except Real Estate student.
BOMA will accept the first ten people to complete the steps below. This is a first come, first serve opportunity.
What Do You Need?
BOMA Staff must receive the following documents either in-hand, via e-mail scanned packet (send to info@bomadallas.org), or via courier. It is the responsibility of the Allied Waitlist applicant to ensure that all documents are included, accessible, and complete. For digital documents, please ensure there are no issues with file size or accessibility, and if necessary, you may provide the required documents in a virtual drive (DropBox, Google Drive, etc.)
The required documents are:
- Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Two Letters of Recommendation from a Commercial Real Estate professional attesting to your company’s professionalism (must be CRE from Dallas metroplex area).
- Must be on company letterhead and signed by the referee
- High resolution company logo
- Name, Company, Title, Property Management Type, E-mail, Phone Number, Address of both Real Estate members you have recruited.
- Property Type Options: Commercial Office, Industrial, Medical Office, Retail, Mixed-Use
- Payment for your Allied Primary membership plus two years dues for two Real Estate members (See the Membership Types webpage for current dues rates).
Our dues cycle is annual with membership expiring on December 31st. When your dues are paid, your membership will include the rest of the calendar year. Membership is per individual, not per company. Be sure to note that full dues for 2026 will be due before the year’s end.
